We offer several different styles of yoga in classes throughout the week–– come check out a few! ​

Our current schedule is:

Sundays            4:00–5:15 PM          Gentle Yoga with Yolanta 
Tuesdays          8:00–9:30 PM          Gentle / Holy Yoga* with Alli  (*alternates each week)
Thursdays        7:00–8:00 PM          Chair Yoga with Yolanta
Fridays              7:00–8:15 PM          Nidra (Sleep) Yoga with Yolanta

Introducing a new offering from Ball Square Yoga: 

Home Group Yoga Practice! 

We understand that there are times when it may not feel comfortable or perhaps even practical to come to a yoga studio for any number of reasons (and we have all been there!), so we created this service to bring the yoga studio to you! 

Simply gather a few friends, coordinate a date and time, and one of our gifted instructors

will arrive at your home or office to lead a private group session! 

We'll even supply all the yoga props!
